Allison will be leading a PiYo class, a combination of pilates and yoga suitable for all fitness levels. Anyone interested in increasing overall fitness and range of motion is welcome!

SEPTEMBER 10th, 17th, & 25th
OCTOBER 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, & 29th
